Case Study
This project aimed to reduce the workload on the human support team of a fast-growing online retailer. We developed an AI chatbot that integrates with their e-commerce platform and knowledge base. The chatbot can handle common customer queries such as order tracking, return policies, and product information. It uses natural language processing (NLP) to understand user intent and provide accurate answers. For complex issues, it seamlessly hands over the conversation to a human agent. After implementation, the chatbot successfully resolved 70% of incoming queries, freeing up human agents to focus on more complex customer issues and significantly improving response times.
