Case Study
This MES project was developed for a leading furniture manufacturer. The system tracks the entire production workflow, from raw material intake to finished product dispatch. It integrates with existing machinery to collect real-time data on production speed, material usage, and machine downtime. An AI-powered module was added for predictive maintenance, analyzing machine data to forecast potential failures and schedule maintenance proactively. This significantly reduced unplanned downtime and improved overall equipment effectiveness (OEE). The system provided management with real-time dashboards to monitor KPIs and make data-driven decisions.
